Mobile Autoresponder respects your privacy and takes protecting it very seriously. Here's a breakdown of what we do and don't do with any information that you provide us.
Mobile Autoresponder does not sell or share any of your information with any 3rd party. The information we collect, such as your name, e-mail, phone number, address, billing information, etc. is used strictly either for billing purposes or other internal purposes.
Your information is protected and held in confidence with us, and it's only shared with the client of Mobile Autoresponder (the list owner) that you signed up with. We also go to great lengths to monitor our clients to make sure that nothing against our terms of service or that would violate your privacy takes place. If a client of Mobile Autoresponder is found to partake in any illegal or spam practices with your information that you didn't agree to, they're subject to being shut down. Any potential abuse can be reported to abuse@mobileautoresponder.com
Mobile Autoresponder itself does not contact you (other than our normal opt-in messages confirming your subscriptions) itself -- all messages are directly from the list owner.

Other than eating the good kind, we use cookies (the kind that store little bits of information to help with tracking and providing you with a better user experience) for tracking sales (including affiliate sales), providing better experiences for our customers and subscribers of our customers, etc… Any data that we get from a cookie is held in the same regard as other information that we collect. You can always block or delete cookies from your browser at any time you want within your browser settings and options (not recommended as this can have a negative effect on your user experience on several sites).
Mobile Autoresponder does not use this information for anything other than improving your user interface, tracking sales and affiliate sales, and providing a better experience for all subscribers and web visitors.
