A: Currently we support the following carriers: Alltel, AT&T, Boost, CellCom, Cellular South, Cricket, East Kentucky Network, Immix, Nextel, nTelos, Rural Cellular, Sprint, Suncom, T-Mobile, Unicel, US Cellular, Verizon, and Virgin Mobile.
A: An auto-reply is an automatic message that is sent immediately after someone signs up to receive text messages from you, while a broadcast is a message that you can send out to your subscribers at any time all at once. Several "text message autoresponders" do only one or the other, while Mobile Autoresponder allows you to do both.
A: It's actually very easy, and Mobile Autoresponder allows you to do this in two different ways. One way we call "web to text" which is where you put a special opt-in form that you can easily make within our site in under a minute anywhere on a webpage of yours and users will simply enter their mobile / cell phone number on your site, enter a special code that they get, and automatically be signed up to your list. The second way which can work great for offline clients is where users can make mobile friendly opt-in pages that Mobile Autoresponder hosts for them included in your subscription. You can give out these mobile friendly opt-in pages so those with browser enabled cell phones (pretty much everyone these days) can easily opt-in, and then they'll automatically be signed up to your mobile autoresponder. We also take care of making sure they have the option to opt-out (as legally required) from future text messages if they so wish as well.
A: Nope! Unlike our competitors who charge you per text message and per subscriber, we charge you a flat subscription fee for unlimited subscribers, unlimited broadcasts and auto-replies (you can change the auto-reply as much as you want and send broadcasts out as often as you please), and never charge any additional fees ever.
A: Currently, Mobile Autoresponder works for North America, but we do have plans to roll out an international plan in the near future.
A There are a variety of ways you can use Mobile Autoresponder to build your list, and there's no reason why you have to choose one or the other when it comes to a mobile phone list vs. an e-mail list. Here are just a few possible ways: give out a bonus to those on your site or e-mail list who sign up to your mobile list, have users sign up to your mobile list to get notices for webinars or launches (or even updates) that you do, have users sign up to receive a coupon or discount on your sales page, have subscribers who just subscribed to your e-mail list get an extra incentive to also subscribe to your mobile list (perhaps on the thank you page or confirmation page for your e-mail list), etc.. Once you have your mobile list, you'll see how the responsiveness of it, open rates, and click through rates makes it more than a worthwhile investment that you'll probably wish you started years ago. There's also easy ways of getting subscribers to sign up to your e-mail list and mobile list at the same time to get the best of both worlds.
